Yoga has healing powers! I have been practicing yoga for 9 years, and through yoga, I have transformed. I have healed. I have grown. This is what I am passionate about sharing with others. Yoga comes in many forms. It is not the physical postures (asanas) alone that transform. It is when these asanas are used in combination with breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, that sacred space is created. This is where transformation happens. This is what I wish to share with you.
In my classes, we will rekindle a conscious connection to yourself. Be it through vinyasa, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, or moon circles, the yoga I offer is made to connect you to yourself, to your body, so you can be the best version of you on and off the mat.
