Vinyasa Yoga

We are consciously connecting our breath to our movements, working to create unity with the mind and the body. Classes flow through a warm up, sun salutations, standing postures working our way up to a peak pose, and then seated postures finishing with a calming savasana and meditation. This class will leave you feeling balanced and strong.

Vinyasa classes are open to all levels.
